All content on Propertify, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, icons, audio clips, software, and digital products, is the property of Propertify or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works without written permission.
Use our trademarks or brand assets without our express written authorization.
All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by U.S. consumer protection laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal or internal business use only.
Unauthorized redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.
Propertify may contain links to third-party websites or allow interaction with third-party providers. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content or conduct. To the fullest extent permitted by Law, Propertify, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for using the service in the 6 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware for the resolution of any disputes
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with hearings held in Delaware. Class action lawsuits or class arbitrations are not permitted.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we believe is harmful to other users or our reputation. Upon termination, any rights granted to you will immediately cease, and you must delete or return any digital content obtained from the Platform.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after such updates signifies your agreement to the revised Terms. You are encouraged to periodically review these Terms to stay informed.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Propertify.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so later.
